This was a fun lil' project I did for a client in 2015. They were looking to develop a design for their neighborhood that they could embroider on hats, shirts, etc. in time for their annual Flag Day festivities. Since the end goal was to embroider the design it was important to keep it simple with a minimal pallet. We decided to use the community symbol of a Flounder and a patriotic color selection. After a some back and forth on the specifics of the content and sizing we finalized the design you see here. Plus the client was able to get a bonus use out of the design when Fourth of July swung around.
